    Board-Certified Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Full-Time Opportunity in Geneva, NY

    A premier health organization in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Physician to join their established team. This full-time employed position offers an exceptional compensation package including competitive salary ($515,000-$550,000 annually), performance incentives, student loan repayment assistance, sign-on bonus, on-site child daycare, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and interview travel reimbursement. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with pulmonary and critical care conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide consultation and ongoing care for patients with complex pulmonary disorders including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, and related conditions
    • Deliver critical care medicine services in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting
    • Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures
    • Participate actively in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with ICU team members
    • Manage both inpatient and outpatient pulmonary medicine cases
    • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and healthcare staff across specialties
    • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
    • Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities
    • Provide consultative services for hospitalized patients with respiratory conditions

    Required Qualifications

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
    • Completion of accredited fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
    • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
    • Active and unrestricted medical license in New York State or eligibility to obtain
    • Valid DEA license or ability to obtain
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Commitment to evidence-based medicine and quality patient care
