    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician's Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in patient care by providing high-quality medical services under the supervision of our licensed physicians. This position is critical in ensuring effective patient management, diagnosis, treatment, and education.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations to evaluate health status.
    - Obtain and document detailed medical histories and current health concerns.
    - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.
    - Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
    - Perform routine procedures such as suturing, injections, and minor surgeries, as needed.
    - Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
    - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
    - Document all patient interactions in electronic health records (EHR) in a timely and accurate manner.
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    - Stay current with medical advances and best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities.
    - Assist in administrative tasks, including managing patient schedules and maintaining supplies.

    Qualifications:

    - Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
    - Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
    - Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
    - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
    - Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Proficient in using electronic health records and other medical software.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in Orthopaedics is a plus.
    - Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
