    About the Role:

    Leading Note Studios is more than a music school—it’s a vibe. It's a creative, high-energy, and supportive place where teachers thrive and students grow. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Advanced Piano Instructor or Soprano/Alto Vocal coach to join our dynamic team. This part-time position teaches 30 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with a starting pay of $25.00 - $30.00/hour based on experience

    We’re looking for someone who can confidently teach students from beginner through advanced levels, including those preparing for auditions, recitals, and college music programs. If you're passionate about piano, love working with kids and teens, and want to share your expertise in a positive, team-driven environment, we’d love to connect with you.

    Schedule:

    Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (10 - 30 hours/week)

    What You’ll Do:

    Teach piano students at all levels, with an emphasis on intermediate and advanced repertoire.

    Provide strong instruction in sight-reading, technique, music theory, and performance preparation.

    Help students build a solid foundation for exams, competitions, recitals, and college audition.s

    Create a motivating, structured, and positive learning environment for students of all ages.

    What You Bring:

    Extensive experience teaching piano, including advanced levels

    Strong sight-reading, theory, and ear training skills

    College-level music education or equivalent performance experience

    Ability to teach beginner-level students as needed, but with confidence in progressing toward advanced goals

    Comfortable working with children, teens, and adult learners.

    Background check clearance
