IQUUE, AN UP AND COMING SMART APARTMENT TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGED WI-FI SERVICE PROVIDER IS SEEKING A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION OF IQUUE EXPERT IN ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLORIDA.
DESCRIPTION: Perform installation, technical support and customer service for iQuue managed apartments at various Multi-Family properties; local and remote. Be the first line of support for any user-accessed system to ensure they have a productive and pleasant user experience. An iQuue Expert is expected to be professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Provide hands-on installation, documentation, and support of iQuue Managed Wi-Fi Services and iQuue Smart Apartment Software/Hardware
- Provide staff and users with assistance solving Wi-Fi connectivity issues and connecting common household Devices including IOT devices
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer performance including coordinating the installation/upgrades of computer programs and systems to optimize productivity and use
- Assist in the setup or trouble shooting of iQuue Managed Wi-Fi and/or Smart Apartment technology during construction
- Provide asset management dealing with deployments, updates, repairs, decommissioning / recycling, and documenting both hardware and software
- Train staff and residents to work with the Managed Wi-Fi Service as well as the iQuue IOT Software
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of basic Wi-Fi principals and common troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Maintain strong attention to detail and follow through in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Cat-5e/Cat-6 cable termination skills a plus
- Requires excellent hands-on IT skills and knowledge
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred 1-2 years of prior technical related experience
