    Job Description

    We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to foster company growth within the industry.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents including submittal documents, closeouts, RFI's, etc.
    • Plan and schedule appointments, deliveries, materials, and events
      • pre-bid meetings, bid openings, construction progress meetings, etc. 
      • Material orders
      • job scheduling of various crews and sub-contractors
    • Read, research, analyze construction drawings, specifications, contracts for estimating and project management purposes.
    • general construction office tasks as necessary

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in CONSTRUCTION office administration a must 
    • ability to read plans and perform take-offs
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to DETAIL
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • proficient in all Microsoft programs

We design and build synthetic turf fields, playgrounds, recreation complexes and water parks, from initial site work to custom finishes. We have a fast paced work environment where attention to detail is crucial. Our typical project size is between $2 to $3 million dollars.
