Job Description
Position Summary:
The LTL Picker – Non-Conveyable is responsible for accurately picking large or heavy items that cannot be conveyed through the automated system. Using an RF scanner and powered industrial truck (PIT), this role ensures proper order fulfillment within designated metrics for safety, quality, and productivity. The picker follows pick-to-light instructions, adheres to workplace procedures (WPI’s), and performs physical tasks including bending, twisting, and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Use RF scanners to accurately pick and track inventory in accordance with order requirements.
Pick product using pick-to-light modules and verify quantities through simple counting.
Operate powered industrial trucks (walkie rider) safely and effectively.
Follow established WPI’s and standard work instructions for all tasks.
Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, safety, and attendance.
Support and maintain 6S and Bosch Production System (BPS) practices.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work zones.
Report inventory discrepancies or process issues to leadership immediately.
Perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, twisting, lifting, and stacking product.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks (walkie rider) required.
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems strongly preferred.
Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 40+ lbs.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently or within a team.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment:
This is a physically demanding warehouse position performed in a non-climate-controlled environment. Associates are regularly exposed to moderate noise levels, warehouse machinery, and temperature variations. The role involves continuous walking, lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, and adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $18.39 - $21.66 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
