About the Role:

M & S Pet Supplies LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA! Responsibilities:

Pick and pack pet supply orders accurately according to order specifications

Scan, label, and sort products for outbound shipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace

Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items

Meet daily pick/pack productivity and accuracy targets

Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management as needed

Requirements:

Prior warehouse, picker/packer, or fulfillment center experience preferred

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and order accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Basic ability to read and follow order pick sheets or digital systems

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
