PickleballCentral.com is seeking customer service representatives to work from the office or, after training, from their home. A month of training will take place in-person at our Kent, Washington headquarters at our Kent location. There may be times that in-person office time is required, only local candidates will be considered.

JOB DAYS AND HOURS: This could be a FT or PT job and include a Saturday shift
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years customer service experience, preferably some on-line and phone experience.
Experience multi-tasking
Intermediate user of MS Office products and Google docs. Experience in Big Commerce or other e-commerce platforms preferred.
Experience working from home and able to stay on task and meet deadlines and expectations.
Experience with the game of pickleball and products a plus.
COMPENSATION: $17-$22/hr
