Kitchen Expo for Fast Casual Restaurant
Hours: Monday-Saturday 8am-4pm
Previous experience as a Kitchen Expo required
Expo will be handling prep for catering orders and lunch service
Lunch service begins at 11am and expo will be responsible for managing both to-go and dining orders
Fast paced environment
Expected to be able to support kitchen duties such as produce prep, working a stove, oven, fryer, etc.
Expo should be comfortable communicating with multiple members of the kitchen to ensure quality and timely service
Strong organization skills are required
Attention to detail and good working memory are needed
Strong time management
Comfortable in a stressful environment
