Line Cook

Hours: Need to be available Monday-Saturday 8:30am-4:00pm

Requirements:

Strong work ethic

Good time management; both in the kitchen and coming into shifts on time

Primarily will be supporting our sandwich station: comfortable cutting vegetables, using a slicer, preparing food to order during lunch service

Communicate with the kitchen leader and wait staff to ensure the timeliness of meals

Follow all food health and safety guidelines

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation

Preferred:

Food Handlers Certification

Fluent in Spanish
