    Pidapi is an ROI driven digital marketing agency headquartered in Irving, TX. We help consumer product brands increase their online direct-to-consumer sales on Amazon's marketplaces and their brand website. Currently, we work with small to medium-sized businesses of which a few were on the hit tv show Shark Tank!

    The Sr. Marketing Coordinator is responsible for primarily supporting the brands we work with on Amazon’s marketplaces by executing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating and creating assets, creating and updating product listings, submitting cases via email and over the phone to resolve complex account issues, writing unique copy for product listings, optimizing advertising campaigns, creating procedural guides, analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity to improve improve, and provide actionable insights and frequent updates to clients.

    Most importantly, the ideal person for this position is someone who has a desire to learn, is process-oriented, results-driven, trustworthy, honest, timely, can adhere to policies, has an extremely high attention to detail, wants to be a part of a growing team, and have fun.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute daily tasks on Amazon Seller Central accounts, such as fixing product listing and account issues

    • Call Amazon Seller Support to resolve complex product listing and account issues  

    • Write unique branded and SEO friendly copy for product listings to improve on-site SEO and conversion rates

    • Optimize advertising campaigns to increase sales and profit margins  

    • Analyze Seller Central accounts and product listings to identify opportunities to increase sales and profit margins  

    • Provide actionable insights and frequent updates to clients

    • Create and update Amazon procedural guides  

    • Collaborate with team members and contractors to create assets for brands and Pidapi  

    • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator to update Pidapi assets  

    • Create presentations for potential and current clients

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or other related subjects required

    • 2 years of experience with online consumer product sales or 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central  

    • Proficient experience with copy writing for products and services  

    • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time, along with completing them on time  

    • Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication

    • Extremely detail oriented and hard working

    • Excellent organizational skills  

    • Desire to learn

    COMPENSATION:

    Salary: $52,000 - $60,000
