    Based in Dallas, Texas, RAVE Restaurant Group [NASDAQ: RAVE] owns, franchises and supplies more than 275 Pie Five and Pizza Inn restaurants operating domestically and internationally. Pie Five is the leading brand in the rapidly growing fast-casual pizza space, offering individual handcrafted pizzas with fresh ingredients made to order in less than five minutes. Pizza Inn is an international chain featuring freshly made traditional and specialty pizzas, along with salads, pastas, wings, sandwiches and desserts.

    We are in search of a talented Senior Director of Franchise Development to help us lead us to the next level of our success. We're seeking:

    Minimum of 4 years selling in a franchise sale team for successful and growing regional or national multi-unit franchise company.

    Expert knowledge of all aspects of franchising coupled with a strong business and financial acumen.

    A successful track record developing and implementing effective franchise growth strategies.

    Proven experience developing and leading the Franchise Discovery Day Process.

    Outstanding communications and collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to achieve results, work cross‐functionally with real estate, construction, operations, legal and other departments to provide franchisees assistance throughout the sales and onboarding process.

    Experience identifying and capitalizing on alternative growth vehicles including airports, colleges and other non‐traditional venues, a plus.

    Solid level of past experience and personal contacts working with large-scale franchise organizations and prospects.

    Requirements:

    Four year degree in business and/or MBA preferred

    Has obtained a CFE Certification or is working towards certification a plus

    Minimum of 4 years in the restaurant franchising industry in various capacities

    Currently lives in / willingness to relocate to the DFW metroplex.

    Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work with specific timelines

    Team player possessing leadership traits with the goal of being an integral member of the team

    Executive platform skill set – ability to engage with high level executive team and BOD

    Strong Closing skills

    Knowledge of National Franchise Law and Regulations

    Financial Acumen and clear understanding of small business finance

    High Energy and a “Do it” attitude

    Ability to travel at least 25%
