Piedmont Protective Services is currently hiring an armed flex security officer. You will be responsible for performing foot patrols and ensuring the safety and security of the assigned premises. You will be in uniform and play a vital role in deterring unauthorized access, responding to security incidents, and maintaining a visible and professional presence. Armed flex security officers' duties include foot patrols lasting about 50 minutes, hourly activity reports, and responding to various types of situations.

Armed Flex Security officers are on call and able to pick up hours as they are available. There are three shifts the officer can be available for starting at 6 am Monday and ending Friday at 11 pm.

Pay:

Starting pay is $19 to $20 per hour

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older for Armed Security

Must successfully pass a background/criminal history check

Must pass a drug screening

Must own a smartphone with an active service plan

Must possess a valid driver's license

Ability to walk or stand for long periods
