The focus of this role is on office workflow, to oversee and manage the tracking of the company goals and projects, handle emails, team management, and maintain office compliance.
This position requires strong follow-through, flexibility, decision making, and the capability of managing the daily challenges of a very busy office. Our Ideal candidate has industry knowledge on insurance, investments, and/or is licensed in the business.
