Pies & Pints hosts are enthusiastic team members with a helpful mentality that provides a legendary guest experience. We expect host to assess the customers’ needs and make suggestions for both food and beverage items with a positive attitude.

Responsibility

Show up on time and ready to work in proper uniform.

Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.

Walking guests to their table and engaging in conversation.

Keeping seating chart organized and following rotation as they seat the dining room.

Establishing a teamwork environment by helping with cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.

Answering phones and assisting guests with call ahead seating or to go orders.
