Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying opportunities to develop new customer accounts, managing and maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and insights into the mining industry market trends.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of sales experience, in the mining industry and Construction.
• Experience with wear parts,GET, undercarriage, spare parts and components
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and manage customer accounts
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license

Duties:

- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products

- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
