ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Validation of timesheets based on Customer/Contract requirements. • Accurate and efficient entry of timesheets. • Ensure completion of payroll/billing procedures to meet weekly deadlines. • Validate invoices based on Customer/Contract requirements.

• Ensure all invoices are sent to the Customer weekly.

• Ensure all invoices are entered weekly in the Customer’s system, if required.

• Monitor aged Accounts Receivable for unpaid invoices

• Correspondence with customers to collect unpaid invoices.

• Provide a high level of customer service for Field employees/Operations.

SOME REQUIREMENTS:

•  High School graduate or higher education. •  Capable of accurate data entry skills.

•  Posses good communication skills (written/verbal). •  Posses knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word and Oracle Cloud) •  Understands the proper use of office equipment-facsimile, copier, etc.. •  Willing to work overtime when requested.
