Job Description
As our Operations Specialist, you are the FACE OF OUR BRAND ON SITE, and the one that makes our operations run smoothly. This role is responsible for providing a broad range of support activities for both local and regional offices. This position is CRITICAL to ensure the day to day operations are organized and functional. You'll coordinate with others internally within our organization, as well as those external to it. You'll interact with our company leadership, as well as our customers.
SOME TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Draft and Prepare official documents and correspondence
Support Client and company events by organizing and scheduling facilities and vendors
Coordinate materials for meeting, training sessions and other organizational activities
Assist with new hire onboarding as necessary
Handle Travel Arrangements
