Marketing Administrative Assistant
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (24-28 hours per week) set schedule Overview This position serves as a support role for the Marketing department with a primary focus on the customer loyalty program, professional gardeners and essential department reports. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the customer loyalty and Garden Professional program including customer service calls and account updates. - Field all online inquiries and serve as a liaison among department as needed to answer customer questions. - Set up weekly sales reports to evaluate performance of email and ad messaging. - Data entry, filing, information gathering and other responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Skills - High school graduate or equivalent - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong typing and computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Strong organizational skills - Office experience preferred
