WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking motivated, people-focused individuals who are passionate about health and wellness. You should have:
A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their best
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of anatomy and body movement
Pilates or group fitness experience preferred (not required)
The ability to complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program
CPR & AED Certification prior to employment
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a BODYBAR Instructor, you will:
Lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method
Create a welcoming and motivating class environment for all fitness levels
Provide hands-on coaching, modifications, and expert movement cues
Build strong member relationships and community inside the studio
Represent the BODYBAR brand with professionalism and positive energy
Support an exceptional member experience before, during, and after class
