About BodyRok
BodyRok is known for the burn. We've built a reputation from California to NYC for delivering some of the most efficient workouts around, and now we're bringing the heat to Costa Mesa.
Get ready for our signature Hybrid Pilates Method on custom-built reformers. 45 minutes, full body, zero time wasted. It's one of the best workouts our clients say they've ever had.
Our trainers bring the energy: mic'd up, music pumping, high vibes in sleek, modern studios. Quick transitions, nonstop movement, and an experience clients feel for days. They leave strong, sweaty, and recharged.
We're now assembling our Founding Instructor Team, the first class of trainers who will shape studio culture and define the Costa Mesa experience from day one.
Founding Instructor Team
We're hiring the founding instructor team who will help us open the doors, set the tone, and build the BodyRok Costa Mesa community from the ground up.
