    We are seeking an enthusiastic, client-focused Pilates Instructor to join our team. This role is centered on delivering exceptional client experience while supporting individuals in achieving healthier, more active lives. You will work closely with a team of physical therapists and healthcare professionals to provide thoughtful, personalized care in a private, boutique studio using high quality equipment like Balanced Body and Gratz.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead one-on-one sessions with clear, confident instruction, ensuring proper form and technique

    Tailor sessions to meet individual client needs and varying levels

    Collaborate with physical therapists and other providers to support a comprehensive, team-based approach to care

    Foster strong, professional relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment

    Qualifications

    Certification from a recognized Pilates training program (backgrounds in both Classical and Contemporary Pilates are welcome)

    Comprehensive training across all studio equipment (Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrel)

    3+ years of teaching experience preferred

    Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and/or rehabilitation principles preferred
