Pilates Instructor – Vaura Pilates (Mueller)

Vaura Pilates is growing, and we're looking for passionate, energetic, and client-focused Pilates Instructors to join our team in Mueller, Austin.

At Vaura, we believe fitness should be empowering, inclusive, and transformative. Our instructors create an elevated studio experience that helps clients build strength, confidence, mobility, and resilience while becoming part of a supportive community.

What You'll Do

Lead engaging and motivating Pilates classes for clients of all fitness levels

Deliver safe, effective instruction while maintaining proper form and technique

Create a welcoming and encouraging environment for every member

Build relationships that drive client retention and community engagement

Assist with studio events, member outreach, and special programming

Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold the Vaura experience standards

What We're Looking For

Pilates certification (Reformer and/or Mat)

Strong communication and coaching skills

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Ability to deliver high-energy, professional classes

Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends preferred
