About Movement Med Movement Med is Chicago’s first Pilates-based medical fitness center, located in Streeterville. We combine Pilates apparatus training, strength-based programming, and clinical insight to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build long-term resilience. We also offer Physical Therapy and Massage, creating a truly integrative environment for both clients and practitioners.
We are growing and looking for a thoughtful, motivated movement professional to join our team.
Who We’re Hiring We’re open to candidates in one of these two categories:
Pilates apparatus certification required
Strong movement background required
Medical fitness, post-rehab, or special populations experience is a plus
Current PT license required
Pilates certification not required
Pilates experience required
Interest in integrating Pilates-based principles into clinical care and fitness programming
Important: Many clients come to us specifically for Pilates or Physical Therapy, so Pilates experience is essential for both paths.
Responsibilities
Deliver client-centered Pilates-based and movement sessions
Support clients with medical fitness and post-rehabilitation goals
Work with special populations and chronic conditions
Help clients improve strength, mobility, balance, and function
Communicate clearly with team members in a collaborative care environment
Maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, and individualized programming

Confidence working with a wide range of bodies and needs

Commitment to continued growth in technique, cueing, programming, and client care
