    About the Role

    We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first and last face clients see, you'll play a vital role in shaping their experience. You’ll support smooth daily operations, provide exceptional client care, and help grow our community through lead nurturing and membership sales.

    Schedule Requirements

    Must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day (Sat or Sun)

    Typical shift blocks: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

    Must be flexible and available to provide shift coverage as needed

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality at every client touchpoint

    Support smooth daily studio operations and assist the Studio Manager (e.g., preparing schedules, daily reports, client file prep)

    Manage studio communications—phone, email, and in-person interactions—promptly and with professionalism

    Conduct follow-ups and execute sales processes to convert leads and new clients into members

    Greet prospective clients, offer studio tours, and support new client onboarding

    Manage check-ins, bookings, schedules, and client payments

    Troubleshoot client concerns with care, clarity, and professionalism

    Support instructors by maximizing their client bookings

    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment—including the front desk, common areas, break room, and restrooms

    What We’re Looking For

    Friendly, confident communicator with a genuine interest in wellness and client care

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via email

    Demonstrated ability to drive sales and convert leads into loyal clients

    Background in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness (preferred)

    Excels at multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

    Tech-savvy with strong computer skills; Mindbody or CRM software experience is a plus

    Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

    Reliable, punctual, and works well in a team environment
