Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Administrative Assistant (AA) to join us in our wellness mission. Our AA provides administrative support for our clients and teaching staff, maintains smooth and efficient business operations, and provides exceptional client care. Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and prospective clients
Provide tours for prospective clients
Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Book appointments and classes, manage client profiles and schedules, and process payments
Prepare daily studio paperwork (schedules, reports, files, etc.)
Manage incoming and outgoing email communications
Educate, promote, and sell services to prospective clients
Host virtual Pilates classes on Zoom
Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality
Build and nurture relationships with clients
Resolve customer issues that arise
Ensure the studio is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Previous business or office administration experience
Previous sales experience
Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills (Mac, Excel, Word, Mindbody/scheduling software)
