Who We Are
BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method—now in studios across the U.S. We’re on a mission to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced, with a focus on strength, form, and most of all—CHEER. From the studio floor to the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.
Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring a results-oriented Sales Associate responsible for driving new membership revenue and studio growth.
This is a SALES role.
Approximately 90% of this position is dedicated to:
Lead follow-up

Conducting studio tours
Handling objections

Following up consistently until a decision is made
Front desk support (checking members in, maintaining studio flow) represents approximately 10% of the role. We are looking for someone with a proven background in closing sales and confidence discussing pricing. If you are uncomfortable asking for the sale, avoiding follow-up, or discouraged by objections — this is not the right role. This is a part-time position reporting to the Studio Manager.
We are looking to fill 2 positions based on the following permanent schedule options:
Shift #1: Saturdays 7am - 1pm, Sundays 8am - 2pm, Mondays 11:15am - 4:05pm
