JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a marketing manager with experience developing, and managing marketing campaigns for public figures as well as direct to consumer products. The ideal candidate has experience managing the full marketing mix for brands. They are a problem solver who is passionate about the little details. They are an expert storyteller who is up to date with the latest trends and always thinks about how they can go above and beyond. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment that can be somewhat demanding at times.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
CAMPAIGN STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT - Develop global marketing campaigns that leverage all digital channels in order to drive audience growth and revenue generation for our clients. Have a constant pulse on latest trends relevant to clients and is responsible for development and execution of campaigns from conceptualization to implementation.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - Manage all social channels for clients. Has an understanding that social media doesn’t operate in a silo and understands how to leverage it in tandem with other marketing channels to tell stories that drive results.
EMAIL MARKETING- Manage contractor copywriters and executes some copywriting themselves for email marketing campaigns
PAID MARKETING - Craft Paid marketing campaign strategies and manage contract paid marketing specialists to ensure budget is maintained and
CONTENT CREATION - Able to create content for social media and work with creative team to develop more advanced concepts
MARKETING OPERATIONS - Manage operational tasks and processes related to client marketing campaigns
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years experience developing marketing campaigns and managing marketing funnels across the full marketing mix
Experience developing social media strategies and managing content calendars
Experience developing ROI positive email marketing campaigns
1 year experience managing paid marketing campaigns and has a good understanding of relevant KPI’s and performance metrics
Experience creating high quality social content - experience with Adobe suite of products is a plus
Experience managing project management tools to ensure marketing related tasks are completed on time
Knowledge of Web 3 and Community Development strategies is a huge plus
