    Essential Duties:

    • Ensures that daily administrative tasks and clerical duties are accomplished in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Fosters positive relationships with staff and volunteers.
    • Supervises ordering of supplies and equipment including PO generation.
    • Reviews and adheres to work scope for each program.
    • Collaborates with the Director of Compliance and Director of Training to fulfill all grant requirements.
    • Approves client funds/expenses as needed.
    • Monitors charts for service provision in Quality Assurance tasks.
    • Ensures compliance with Confidentiality and HIPPA Privacy Rules.
    • Plans, conducts, and documents staff meetings.
    • Interviews job candidates and recommends hiring to the Clinical Senior Director.
    • Supports a positive discipline policy and takes disciplinary action when appropriate
    • Leads and supports staff in consistently fulfilling performance goals.
    • Provides county required supervision of The Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS)
    • Oversees crisis intervention and response.
    • Other duties as needed and assigned

     

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in psychology or related field
    • Eligibility to Supervise Interns per BBS requirements
    • Previous Supervision experience desired but not required
    • Current clear licensure as an LMFT or LCSW in the state of California
    • Knowledge of Word Processing software.
