This role is an integral part of our Finance team. This person will lead key financial initiatives to scale and create efficiencies in various processes and drive strategic projects to support the companies growing business. This person must possess the experience and skills necessary to coordinate and prioritize concurrent financial projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Work with leadership on project priorities based on the requirements, financial impact of each

project and develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

• Establish effective project communication plans with specific goal settings and ensure their

execution within the established timeline.

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the team about strategy, adjustments,

progress, and present solutions to any issues.

• Prepare ROI of each project and monitor result.
• Complete ad hoc projects and reports within specified deadline.
• Prepare various cost analysis report as it relates to revenue and expense of the financial

statements.

• Present ideas and recommendations for savings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field, economics, finance, or any quantitative major or equivalent experience.

• Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking.
• 2-4 Years work experience as Project team leader and Financial Analysts
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see that goals are executed as projected.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle self under pressure with professionalism, calmness and tact.
