Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls timely and professionally.
• Assist customers by placing supply orders and/or opening up service calls.
• Accurate data entry into database and Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office
• Respond and resolve customer inquiries/concerns via phone and over email.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service

Requirements 

• High School Degree
• Be available Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm
