We’re looking for a hard working Banquet Server to help provide top-notch customer service and help our guests have an event they will never forget. Transform empty spaces into beautiful settings and create elegant arrangements. Weddings, parties, conferences, you name it we want your help to make our various events a success! Essential Duties

• Sets up banquet rooms according to specifications and/or guest's requests.

• Break down/set up banquet room

• Clean banquet rooms upon conclusion of all functions.

• Maintains the appearance of all banquet rooms through regular cleaning schedules, vacuuming before and after every function, keeping tables and chairs left in the room neatly organized.

• Maintains storage areas clean, organized, stocked and safe. Handles last minute requests by guests and/or supervisors.

• Reports all maintenance issues regarding equipment, banquet rooms and storage areas to the supervisor.

• Supplies water to all banquet-meeting rooms as specified.

• Refreshes all meeting rooms at noon, upon guest request, and/or as specified.

• Organize table settings based on the party specifications.

• Check his/her rooms for final detailing upon conclusion of set-ups.

Requirements

• Riverside Food Handlers Card

• At least 6 months experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced banquet environment.

• Exceptional hand Eye coordination

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff

• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
