    What we are looking for

    Dynamic Client Services Specialists to join our Operations Team as Portfolio Administrators. Come work with a fun, energetic, hard-working team to provide top notch customer service for high profile clientele. The Portfolio Administrator works directly with our Wealth Managers in implementing and maintaining client portfolios and responding to client needs and requests.

    This position has significant direct contact with our clients and requires superb and highly polished client service skills.

    You will –

    • You will get to work directly with our clients and our Wealth Managers responding to requests and providing the best customer service possible
    • Establish appropriate accounts for new and existing clients and process account/asset transfers from various custodians
    • Recommend trades in client portfolios for the Wealth Manager’s review and approval
    • Generate and review quarterly performance reports, tax reports, and investment management fee bills, ensuring timely processing of each
    • Have the opportunity for professional growth and upward mobility

    You are –

    • An EXCELLENT communicator (you can make your needs and the needs of our client understood clearly and professionally)

    • A PRO in Word and Excel. (If you have knowledge of and/or experience with Black Diamond, Salesforce and iRebal – that’s awesome!)
    • EXTREMELY detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy (you LIVE for the details!)
    • A TEAM PLAYER who will mentor and help others on your team

    We want –

    • 2-3 years of prior experience at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm is extremely desirable.
    • Someone who appreciates the art of GREAT CLIENT SERVICE
    • Minimum of three years of experience working in financial services and/or investment management
    • Prior project management experience is a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
