    POSITION SUMMARY

    The purpose of this job is to manage small, short-term projects with leadership oversight and contribute to standard project management practices used throughout the organization in order to establish consistency on processes and methods across all areas of business.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    1. Complete analyses of operations data; present findings and recommendations to senior department leadership

    2. Create and manage reporting to help drive business decisions and improvements

    3. Define new reporting and data needs for the department; provide input to and collaborate with the IT department’s business analyst, systems design, and enhancement teams to improve operations technology systems

    4. Manage various short- and long-term projects (e.g., data automation efficiencies, new business opportunities for department) in collaboration with internal business partners

    5. Utilize data analysis to identify trends that impact budgets for operations capital expenditures

    6. Manage risk and risk mitigation plans for assigned projects

    7. Collaborate and participate in projects and ongoing improvements

    8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

    9. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

    10. Complete other duties as assigned

     

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Associate degree in business management, information technology, industrial engineering or related field required

    2. Bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology, industrial engineering or related field preferred

    3. Retail store operations experience preferred

    2. Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

    6. Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
