WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Provide administrative support including filing, typing, copying, and scanning
- Process expense reports and pcard reconciliations
- Prepare for board meetings
- Order supplies
- Arrange conference, meeting, and travel reservations for managers
- Compile meeting notes, reports, routine correspondence
- Answer telephone , take messages, or transfer calls
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
- Complete data entry and maintain current information in department databases
- Distribute incoming mail or other materials and reply to correspondence
