POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to identify customer trends through research and complex data analysis and make recommendations for obtaining greater market share based upon data results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Assist in supporting the company’s myRewards loyalty program
2. Analyze data and share business insights to identify areas of guest behavior and loyalty
3. Coordinate innovation and various digital projects including aspects of the project management process;
4. Collaborate with business intelligence stakeholders, guest data teams and the manager of loyalty to collect and organize guest and loyalty data
5. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
6. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
7. Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
2. Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, business analytics or related degree required
3. Minimum one year’s experience in a digital work environment (e.g., social media, digital advertising, digital agency) preferred
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
1. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required; advanced skills in Excel preferred
2. Google Analytics knowledge preferred
