    Job Description

    The Change Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring key change initiatives are implemented and adopted across the organization and measured frequently for success.

    ** This position is on-site in Knoxville, TN**

    • Support the implementation of change initiatives across multiple enterprise initiatives
    • Track progress, report, and manage issues/risks of change management initiatives, adapting as needed
    • Partner with stakeholders across the business to support the roll out of change methodologies, tools, and templates at an enterprise-level
    • Coordinate and facilitate a network of change agents and sponsors across the company
    • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
    • Complete other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, technology or other related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Exposure to change management methodologies (ex – Prosci, ADKAR, others), tools, and approaches
    • Change management certifications a plus
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases
    • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Ability to use relationship-building and communication skills to influence others
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
