Conduct analytical recaps and analysis on campaigns to evaluate and improve future performance
Collaborate with department product owners and Loyalty team members to align key efforts such as keyword strategies, web optimization and proper web/app tagging
Conduct SEO and keyword research to predict shifts in demand, respond to changing market conditions, and produce products, services, and content that web searchers are seeking; provide recommendations to Brand and Guest Experience team members
Coordinate and direct production of creative for marketing campaigns
Direct agency partners regarding media planning in order to identify appropriate media outlets to reach the target market
Research and analyze digital media, vendors and potential partners; provide recommendations to senior management
Manage digital traffic and performance associated with online campaigns
Assist with collecting data, reporting and performance analysis
Identify trends and insights related to digital marketing; provide recommendations on marketing content strategy to senior management
Plan, execute and measure conversion and marketing tests
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area required
Minimum four years’ digital marketing experience required
Experience in SEO, SEM, social or email marketing preferred
