Job Description
The Rewards Optimization Manager will develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to drive sales and visits at our locations while maximizing guest lifetime value. Think about this as a revenue optimization position, within the specific area of loyalty program rewards and incentives. You will work with internal departments to create campaigns and programs to drive key business results; as well as delivering personalized and targeted behavior-based rewards directly to our customers and guests.
LEAD
- Utilize your experience as a strategic, data-driven leader to develop and implement a comprehensive segmentation and personalization strategy for the rewards program
- Scale up segmentation and personalization to increase program revenue and maximize ROI
- Develop a behavior based lifecycle strategy for our guest audiences based on data driven insights
- Drive guest engagement across stores and digital properties
DESIGN
- Deliver the right offering to the right guest during the moments that matter to earn loyalty to our brands
- Define what success looks like and utilize iterative experimental testing to determine the best approach to maximize campaign performance
- Work through complex problems to design new innovative rewards programs
- Collaborate with internal customers to drive the success of various Pilot Flying J programs across the company
ANALYZE
- Leverage data driven insights to identify opportunity areas to drive behavior change and gross profit dollars
- Analyze trend data to track performance and quickly pivot plans as needed
- Become the subject matter expert on campaigns and programs in our industry and in other related markets
- Lead and coach direct reports to deliver on goals and deadlines as well as expanding their skills and job performance
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
