Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree required
- 5+ years' experience with qualitative and quantitative research techniques, CPG, or retail industry experience required.
- C-store or Retail experience preferred.
- Expertise in Qualitative research methodologies required.
- Experience with research platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, dscout and Maze preferred.
Specialized Knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel
- Passion for sharing the voice of the customer
- Ability to objectively interpret research, extract insights, link to strategies, and communicate in a motivating way
- Knowledge of survey research techniques and methods and experience with questionnaire and discussion guide design
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and leverage both formal and informal research methods
