Job Description
The purpose of this job is to provide and analyze strategic data to Facility Revenue leaders with information, trends and reporting to make informed business decisions.
Essential Functions
- Evaluate, analyze and review performance trends for Facility Revenue
- Use Tableau and other data visualization tools to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and insights
- Provide internal and external reporting and analysis across all PFJ companies, business sectors, and operational areas
- Collect and analyze market data relative to new stores, new technology, and guest satisfaction
- Research and analyze new rules and regulations impacting the company and the industry; provide analysis and recommendations to Facility Revenue leadership
- Coordinate and follow up daily with stores and vendors on issues or revenue opportunities
- Coordinate, prepare, record, verify, analyze, and report on accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Manage various short and long term projects for Facility Revenue
- Work cross-functionally to maintain and reconcile Facility Revenue accounts
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
