Job Description
The Selection and Assessment Sr. Specialist is responsible for managing talent assessment and selection through consultation and project leadership in talent development, assessment solutions, technology implementation, interview design, job analysis, validation analyses, competency modeling and legal compliance of selection practices.
** Responsibilities**
- Utilize advanced analytics to analyze assessment data and provide actionable insights for improving the selection process.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of selection tools and processes.
- Analyze and validate assessments to improve their effectiveness at predicting job success
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to selection and assessment.
- Identifies and manages assessment vendors.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define job requirements, and selection criteria for roles across our enterprise.
- Provides consultation, training and guidance to HR and hiring managers across the organization on the implementation of selection tools and procedures.
- Develops and maintains interview guides and an item bank for use across the enterprise.
- Creates, updates, evaluates and manages assessment centers.
- Proctors computer-based and/or in-person assessment sessions.
- Ensures safe, consistent test environments for all job candidates.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of selection processes and trends.
