    This role with report in-office to our Knoxville, TN headquarters

    You’ll be joining Pilot's MarTech Enablement team to help bring to life the foundational capabilities and experiences that bring joy to the interstate driver. From personalized experiences to new ways to engage with Pilot, we are powering some of the company’s most-loved digital products and features. We built them by understanding the needs and pain points of our drivers on the road.

    What you’ll do:

    The Digital Product Manager, Personalization will lead the overall Personalization platform roadmap, integration across products, and long-term personalization program at scale. You will lead the Personalization team in delivering industry-leading, highly personalized, timely, relevant, and joy-inspiring content and experiences to our guests via our digital products and channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • End-to-end ownership of the PFJ Personalization platform: including iterative build, integration, maintenance, and enhancement across digital products and marketing.

    • Articulates the vision and sets strategy and roadmap for a Personalization Enablement squad focusing on highly scalable systems and near-real time interactions.

    • Owns and is accountable for both the near-term and long-term product roadmap for Personalization platform based on a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and maintenance and support.

    • Fulfills and champions the role of the Product Owner: user story writing, backlog refinement and prioritization, and user acceptance testing; partnering closely with the Scrum Master to report on team health metrics.

    • Works in a data informed way, using both qualitative and quantitative research; defines and communicates on platform KPIs, reports on progress and business value delivered.

    • Embraces a hypothesis-driven and test measurement framework in context of team.

    • Collaborates closely with fellow product managers, engineering, data, design, marketing, loyalty, legal, project management, and other partners across multiple departments.

    • Builds strong stakeholder relationships and understands business strategy/prioritization.

    • Stays at the forefront of customer experience and marketing technology trends, regulations, emerging technologies; including Customer Data Platforms, Personalization/Decisioning Engines, A/B Testing and Experimentation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field

    • Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred

    • 3+ years experience in product management

    • You have 3+ years of experience as a product manager or adjacent roles.

    • You are passionate about building impactful products.

    • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • You are highly collaborative and able to influence and lead.

    • You have expertise in, or are excited about marketing technology platforms and tools.

    • You are a learner who can quickly get up to speed in a highly technical environment.

    • You are experienced working in an agile environment.

    • You are a doer and creator – you can roll up your sleeves and get “in the weeds” with the engineering team and can also zoom out and think strategically.

    • You can create a high-level polished presentation in an afternoon and be prepared to present to an executive level audience the next morning with minimal oversight.

    • You're excited about solving complex challenges.

    Competencies:

    • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform

    • Experience with customer data platforms

    • Technical background in data or engineering
