FULL TIME SALES & CSR (SUMMER INTERNSHIPS AVAILABLE)

AVAILABILITY: Full Time is our preference

START DATE: Immediate (notice periods will be taken into consideration)

INTERVIEW TYPE: Zoom initially however as the position is not remote, candidates must be able to commute to Downtown Birmingham if successful

COMPENSATION: $31,500 - $52,500 including base salary, bonuses and commissions

It’s time to take your career to the skies with you in the Pilot seat! Here at Pilots, we have a new Events Assistant role available starting immediately. We are recruiting for passionate, ethical, and driven Sales CSR to join our network of fundraisers representing our NPO client within the Birmingham region. WHAT DOES AN AVERAGE DAY LOOK LIKE AS A SALES CSR?

Here at Pilots, we don’t have an average day, no two days are really the same in the competitive world of sales, CS & events and we love the unpredictability and excitement of not knowing what the day will bring. However, since we do provide a structured promotion platform for all individuals on our promotional events team, there are some day-to-day tasks. SOME OF THESE TASKS INCLUDE:

• Actively represent our clients and ensure full maintenance of our client relationship
• Co-operate with all staff in maintaining good relationships with outside agencies and the general public in order to uphold the charity's image and win increased support for its work
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
• Actively support and promote our charity clients on a face to face basis at our private site events
• Attend staff meetings and training as required
• Ensure the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of donors as far as possible.
• Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, the title of the post and it’s grading as requested by the line manager or his/her higher level of authority.

REQUIREMENTS:

• There are no specific educational, skills-based or work-related requirements, but previous work involving customer service or general customer interaction is recommended
• You’ll need to be comfortable working with the public in person rather than through digital technology and be willing to engage in conversations with diverse people.
• Applicants that are local to Birmingham and able to start right away should mention this on their application so we can move forward quickly
• All applicants need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the US - we cannot make exceptions here because our clients all do thorough background checks on all representatives
