We are looking for a reliable, trust-worthy, courteous, and hard-working teammate to join our team, Fish Window Cleaning. We offer commercial and residential window cleaning and pressure washing throughout San Diego County.

We offer the following:

Competitive pay (post training). Depending on experience and productivity, cleaners are guaranteed a wage of up to $18/hour with potential to earn more during peak seasons. The idea is you will share in our success.

Flexible hours ranging from part-time to full-time. Work days have generally started as early as 6:30 am and ends when assigned work is finished. Note: With the current pandemic and business environment, we obviously need to adapt as our customers schedules expand or contract.

We only work Monday through Friday (unless you would like to work weekends which can be arranged).

Paid training with equipment and uniform provided.

Year around position with mostly ground level work (we do not clean high rise buildings)

What you need to be considered:

A willingness to learn, an ability to communicate, be a team player and want to make money

Able to work as a team and/or be a self-starter to work alone when the situation requires

Able to lift 60 lbs and climb a ladder (no more than three stories)

Able to do basic math in order to provide change and/or estimate cost of additional work

An attention to detail

Submit to a background check
