JUNIOR MEDIA BUYER (REMOTE)

We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join and grow with us!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set-up, manage, execute and analyze paid media campaigns
Analyze web metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports, and recommend optimizations to improve media performance
Participate in the development and management of effective integrated media plans and buys under the supervision of the Media Buyer
Maintain media plans including ad changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, and optimization
Updating sales spreadsheets and advertising logs
Collaborate with multiple departments to drive marketing projects from idea to completion and then through testing/optimization
Researching copy and imagery for ad creatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST BE OK WITH EXPLICIT SEXUAL CONTENT USED IN ADVERTISING ON ADULT WEBSITES
1+ years of marketing experience
Responsive and easy to talk to across email, voice, and video chat
Detail-oriented, very focused on accurate reporting
Proficient with numbers and spreadsheets
Bonus skills:
Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads and Analytics, adult display platforms, and/or native advertising platforms
Experience with static and animated image editing in Photoshop
