At Pinelake, we believe that worship is a way of living that encompasses every aspect of our lives – not just something that happens in the Auditorium. Here, Worship Pastors help lead our congregation to make bold declarations of faith, hope, and power through song and help lead our church to live out Truth every day!

Our Clinton Associate Worship Pastor/Minister will work in partnership with the Campus Worship Pastor to lead the worship and technical teams for Pinelake Clinton's campus. As a leader, this person will assist in the development, implementation, direction, and promotion of a Worship Ministry that is relevant to both the Pinelake Clinton congregation and to the wider community. The Associate Worship Pastor/Minister will serve as the primary worship leader for PL College services, PL Students UNITED services and other services as appropriate. This person will be responsible for the spiritual health and musical development of the teams within his/her care.

Our vision is to see Mississippi changed one life-change story at a time, and we're looking for a passionate Associate Worship Pastor/Minister to help us lead the way at our campus in Clinton!

• A multi-tasking team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude;
• A spiritual shepherd with a desire to raise up others;
• An excellent communicator of vision, mission, and values; and,
• Proven as a leader with experience leading and developing servant leaders in the College Worship Ministry, which may include vocalists, band members, and production support teams.

To lead efficiently with us, you must:

• Illustrate effectiveness in leading worship from a primary instrument;
• Believe wholeheartedly that the role of a pastor is to equip others to lead out in ministry by recruiting, training, and building a worship team; and,
• Provide a highlight reel of you leading worship from the stage.

It would be incredible if you:

• Have technical experience in Ableton programming; and,
• Possess a working knowledge of ProPresenter and Jands Vista.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor's degree and two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

PINELAKE'S STORY: The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 11,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.

CLINTON CAMPUS: We planted our Clinton campus in 2009 and have become a vibrant expression of Christian community to the people of Clinton and the surrounding area. We connect to 800 children, youth, adults, and college students each week. The home of Mississippi College (Mississippi's most prominent Christian University), Clinton is the tenth largest city in Mississippi! Clinton boasts many metropolitan conveniences with a unique historic charm. Even more, Clinton Public School District was also recently ranked as the number one district in the entire state!
