The FOOD SERVICE UTILITY maintains overall cleanliness of work environment, assists in food preparation and ensures dining area is stocked

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash and sanitize all cookware utilizing three compartment sink
• Wash and sanitize all china, silverware and cookware utilizing automated dish machine
• Record wash and rinse cycle temperatures of dish machine
• Record ppm’s for sanitizer
• Restock café
• Assist in food preparation as needed
• Sweep and mop floors
• Remove all trash from dining and kitchen area and dispose of in dumpster
• Breakdown all cardboard boxes and dispose of in appropriate recycling container
• Assist in serving client meals if needed
• Clean all shelving, carts, trash cans and any other equipment
• Assist in putting away deliveries
• Setting up and breaking down salad bar when needed

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION THAT WILL WORK MONDAY 11 AM - 6:30 PM, TUESDAY 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, THURSDAY 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM AND SUNDAY 11 AM - 6:30 PM. For a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at pinelandsrecovery.com.

COMPENSATION: $14.50/HR. 

COMPENSATION WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON GEOGRAPHIC REGION, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
•  Able to read and write English
