WHAT WE NEED:
Customer Success Advisors help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, and process returns. These teammates are empowered to do what is necessary to ensure each and every customer has a positive experience.

Ability to pass a background check
Reliability, punctual and eagerness to maintain good attendance
Team oriented, respectful and a good communicator
