    **Job Summary:
    ** We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with expert knowledge of Power BI. This is a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Power BI to create visually compelling reports and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to gain actionable insights.

    Location and shift availability:

    This role needs to report in person to offices in either Denver, CO, USA, or Almaty, Kazakhstan. Flexible scheduling required as we have international teams across different time zones. This is a full-time, exempt position.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver comprehensive reports.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks and validation.
    • Implement and maintain data analytics and reporting best practices.
    • Work with large and complex data sets; extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
    • Provide training and support to business users on Power BI capabilities and best practices.
    • Stay current with Power BI updates, capabilities, and best practices; advise on potential benefits of new features.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong understanding of BI technologies and experience in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks, develop business requirements, and deliver insightful analytics.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Agile Mindset: Adept at navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
    • 2 years or more proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or similar role.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
    • Prolonged periods looking at electronic devices such as phones, tablets, monitors, and computers.
